On 18th and 19th of May 2021, two more training sessions were held as part of the piloting of the new qualification.

The partners from Proandi, Portugal, "took" the trainees on a virtual tour of the local fish and seafood market, as well as cooked with the owner and chef of an established restaurant in Povoa de Varzim. The topics presented to the trainees in the last two days were related to the Community development and food culture.
