Tomorrow the piloting sessions will continue in the same format when Bulgaria will “take up the “hosting” of the sessions. The training, led by the Bulgarian Chefs, will last for three consecutive days and will be focused on the advantages and disadvantages of the artisan and industrial food and equipment.
A second training session hosted by the Spanish partners was held today
The second online training session related to Gastronomic Tourism and Mediterranean cuisine was provided today by our partners from Spain: FASE and was welcomed by the trainees with great interest.
