The first one was the second half of the delivered by the Turkish partner module for creativity in the kitchen, and in the afternoon, it was the turn of the Italians to introduce their topic for the food chain management. The latter will continue also tomorrow when the virtual training hosts from IFOA will focus on supplies management within the agri-food sector.
