Professionals in the field confirmed the need to increase the employability of young people, and that it is very important to apply the newly acquired professional competencies directly in the work environment.
The "Chef" occupation covers a wider range of responsibilities such as personnel management, demonstrating creativity and designing new author's recipes and menus, knowledge of gastronomic cultures worldwide, etc. The Bulgarian project partners - IC Bulgaria and Varna University of Management, will propose the addition of the new specialty in the National List of Professions for VET, which will meet the needs of the business of highly qualified staff working in higher positions in the kitchen, namely those of the Chef.
