Varna University of Management was also part of the project team, and the other members of the association come from Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, and Turkey.

The focus of the project was on the development and implementation of an entirely new joint qualification in the field of culinary arts and to meet the current needs of the labor market and to provide an exceptional opportunity to increase the employability of young people, transnational mobility, and career development.

Within the project, a new professional qualification for “Chef” has been developed, which has been adapted to the regulatory requirements in Bulgaria and is included for inclusion in the List of Professionals for VET.
