We expect among the participants: professional and branch organizations of employees in the restaurant and culinary sector, VET providers, central and local institutions and regulatory authorities, involved in the development, accreditation and monitoring of the professional qualifications, established professionals in the industry and others. The event will be broadcast live on the Internet.
