The profile of the professional kitchen chef was at the center of the discussions, together with the new skills and competencies targeted to be delivered by the CULINART VET qualification developed for the project.
More than 60 professional chefs, culinary arts and cooking teachers and students, unemployed, and other stakeholders attended the event. Among them were the 5 young Spanish chefs who have participated in the international online course, together with the international group of trainees from the 6 partner countries.
